This is a one page layout for my friends "Special Christmas Project" Many of the elements of this layout came from a Pif I Snagged off of Scrapbook Place. The Tag, Photo Matt and Title were created by Lelia Pierce on her QuiKutz Silhouette. She added stamping and distressing elements to make them POP. The stitched Journaling block was stitched by Linda Weber also from Scrapbook Place. I then came in and added the multi-level matting of the block.
Here is the detail of the Photo Matt made by Lelia. I went in and added the sequin ribbon and button to the top and added some Diamond Glaze to the shamrocks. The second Photo Matt I created mimicking the original made by Lelia.
