Oh Christmas Tree - Card by Erin Grotegut

Erin Grotegut from Inky Smiles Blog and Stamper Storage was the Purple Faerie Paper Craft Newsletters first Featured Artist.

See your copy of the December Newsletter for her article "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas..." as well as her bio.

Here is the Card she shared and the basic directions:

Supplies:
  • New England Ivy Cardstock - Close to My Heart
  • Foam Tape - American Crafts
  • Tons of Trees stamp set - Skipping Stones Designs

  • Felt Thickers - American Crafts

  • Cranberry Cardstock - Close to My Heart

  • Eyelets

  • Kraft brown cardstock

  • White card base

The New England Ivy cardstock and the Christmas Tree are popped out with foam tape. Random stamped the Cranberry cardstock with the polka dot texture tree from the set. I love the felt Thickers! They are self adhesive and so easy and fun to work with! The crystalline stamp set is way cool. I love Christmas trees and this set is whimsical and fun. I cut the Oh Christmas Tree stamp apart before I even used it, oh the beauty of clear stamps! Everything is adhered to the Kraft brown 4.25" x 5.5" piece of cardstock, which is then adhered to the white card base.
